University community in the discharge of its oversight responsibilities in
relation to governance processes, the systems of internal control, and
compliance with the laws, regulations and University policies including
those related to ethical conduct by providing relevant, timely, independent,
and objective assurance, advisory and investigative services using a
systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate risk and improve effectiveness. |
